Work Preparation and Supported Employment
Our dedicated Work Preparation Programme helps young people build the skills, confidence and experience needed to move successfully into employment, apprenticeships or further training.
Overview
Understanding that entering the world of work can be daunting, we offer personalised "hand-holding" support throughout the entire journey, helping learners overcome barriers and navigate each stage of the recruitment process with confidence.
By combining practical support, employer engagement and personalised coaching, we empower young people to achieve positive and lasting employment outcomes.
